For a few weeks, my framed portraits were part of the Mill Hall exhibition.
Experienced pet portrait artist in Rayleigh
Usually when I hang my art its part of my stall display at a market, but this time I had actual walls and the whole space to myself! It felt a little strange arranging everything and then walking away, rather than taking a seat and chatting to passers by – since I’m local to Rayleigh you may have spotted me at this venue as a stallholder a few times over the years. I did go back and visit once just to wander around and smile to myself.
Drawings and paintings by a local animal lover
The team there was kind enough to put some of my business cards on the table for people to take too. I’ve never been brave enough to even consider having my art in any kind of ‘gallery’ so this was a great confidence boost. Its nice that my love for drawing animals has led to cool opportunities like this. The artist who took over from me is wonderful by the way, do pop along and check out their work if you’re in the area.
