On April 4th I had a stall at a local Easter market. First things first, I had to iron my hand-painted tablecloth that had sat unused for far too long, then pack everything except the kitchen sink into my suitcase.
It wasn’t a long drive since I live pretty close by. It was quite nostalgic seeing the community centre again, this was where I first started doing craft shows maaaaaaany years ago – the most recent blog post that mentioned this venue was all the way back in 2012!
Whilst I waited for the hall to open, I found some beautiful flowers to admire.
I also paid the local swans a visit and promised I would feed them when I had more time.
Set up went really smoothly considering this was my first time doing this layout properly, other than a quick test on my studio floor.

I had wonderful stall neighbours, treated myself to a few goodies from around the market and spent most of the day doodling adorable hamsters in my sketchbook. We even had Rapunzel herself performing on stage, she was a real highlight.
