My latest portrait is now up on the site, and I’m sure this is the first of many cats I will have the pleasure of drawing The cat’s name is Purdey; she lives at the care home where I will be at the weekend, and she really is beautiful! Wiley’s portrait will follow soon, I’m…
Writing
Hello November, when did you get here??
In all the dressing-up-eating-chocolates-and-watching-horror-films that the weekend presented me with, I hadn’t even realised it was a new month, shame on me! I hope you all had a fun weekend, I know I did 🙂 Now, I’m off to collapse on the bed and catch up with some sleep, byeeee x
Bazaar News
On Saturday 12th November, I will be at the Stambridge Meadow Bazaar with some of my artwork. Previous work will be on display, and you can see my ‘portrait in progress’ throughout the day. I will be there from 3pm, so if you are in the area, please come along 🙂 Where to find me:…

Wii are odd
Wiley saw me using Wii-fit for the first time today, and I’m not sure what he made of it, haha! My arm waving and crazy face didn’t seem to impress him… XD

Today’s task, is to begin working out how to actually turn my website into a business, allowing lovely people to acquire a portrait of their lovely furry/feathery friends 🙂 So I shall now attempt to navigate my way through a maze of business terms and unnecessarily complex processes until I come across a solution Take…
Busy again
I have now almost finished an on-going project from many years ago – a large acrylic on canvas of three wild, galloping horses. It has been a pleasure to work on, and reminded me how fun it can be to work on such a big scale 🙂 In other news, my new business cards arrived…
It’s beginning to look a lot like…
…christmas! 🙂 I’m already planning the decorations and where to put the tree, as I now need to take into consideration how big and clumsy our beloved Wiley can be, haha It’s been fun going through design websites and magazines, I can’t wait to try out my ideas for real x
